Refund policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different style or size (as long as it is the same price or lower).

We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on in their original packaging.

In order to receive a refund or exchange a tee you will need to send us back the tee at your own expense via courier, the postal service or Postnet. However please email us before you do so so that we may confirm the details with you.

In order to complete an exchange, we will confirm that your tee is in perfect condition and then invoice you for the shipping cost of sending a new tee back to you (for deliveries in South Africa the cost is generally R50 - R100).
