EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different style or size (as long as it is the same price or lower).

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Pack your garment in its original packaging.
2. Email us at sales@mevrouandco.com with your reason for returning the item and advise if you would like to exchange it. Include details of the new size or style.
3. We will then email you the different options for how you can send the tee back to us.

We would love to do this for free in the future, but as a local small business, it is not feasible yet as we are absorbing half the cost from the couriers already.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for shipping.

Please try on all garments with care as if you decide that you want to return something, a refund can only be offered if the items that are being returned  have not been washed and, are completely clean, with no signs of deodorant, fragrance or make–up.


REFUNDS 
We will send you an online voucher with the value of your returned item to the email address through which you contacted us. 

PLEASE NOTE:
Unfortunately we will not be processing refund on sale items. We can offer exchange dependent on availability.
